All contributions made to The Chiari Center Foundation where no goods or services were received, are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. The Chiari Center Foundation is exempt from federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Chiari Center Foundation is a non-profit public charitable foundation. Please consult with your accountant, tax adviser, or financial planner to determine the exact tax advantages of any donation that you may make to our organization. We provide a receipt for all online donations upon receipt.
